What areas do you work in?

Lacey Plumbing & Heating serve commercial and domestic clients across Greater Manchester and the wider North West. We have offices in Edenfield (BL0 0RE) and regularly work in Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Manchester, Salford, Oldham and Rossendale. How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

For emergencies such as burst pipes, leaks, no heating or boiler breakdowns, our local Bury-based engineers aim to be on site the same working day. In busy periods it will be within 24 hours. Commercial clients on a maintenance contract receive priority response with agreed SLAs. Call our office on 0161 884 1106 and we'll dispatch a Gas Safe engineer as quickly as possible.

 

Do you offer warranties on your services?

Yes. Every installation and repair is guaranteed. As a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer we offer up to a 12-year manufacturer's guarantee on new Worcester boilers, and all our workmanship carries a Lacey labour guarantee of 3 months. We're Gas Safe registered, SafeContractor approved, TrustMark endorsed and SSIP assessed, so you can be confident the work is compliant, certified and built to last.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards and bank transfer (BACS). Domestic customers can spread the cost of a new boiler with 0% finance on Worcester Bosch installations, subject to status. For commercial fit-out and M&E projects payment is via agreed terms.

 

Can I schedule regular maintenance with you?

Planned maintenance is a core part of what we do. Homeowners can join our Lacey Service Plan covering annual boiler servicing, gas safety checks and priority callouts. For commercial clients and facilities managers we deliver tailored PPM (planned preventative maintenance) contracts for boilers, plant rooms, gas installations and full mechanical systems across schools, offices and managed estates.
